Our Location

Since the end of 2018, you can find the Ewa Feix Academy in our modern 90 m² bakery in Waldems (Taunus). Here, we offer baking courses for small groups of 6–11 participants – personal, intensive, and full of baking joy.

In addition to our fixed course program, you can also book individual masterclasses and events – e.g., baking demonstrations, team-building sessions, or bachelorette parties.

The course schedule features highlights such as:

For larger groups, we have been collaborating with the Genussakademie Frankfurt since 2013. That is where our popular "Perfect Mini Cakes" and "Cupcakes" courses for 14–18 participants take place. These are more compact, teach many fundamentals of baking & decorating, and are ideal for anyone who wants to gain their first experience with cupcakes, fondant, and sugar roses.
