Location

The Ewa Feix Akademie moved to its new location at the end of 2018. We offer baking classes for small groups of people (6-11 participants) in our brand new 90 qm Backstube in Waldems (Taunus).

Besides our scheduled courses we also offer individual masterclasses and events (e. g. show baking, team building, Junggesellenabschied etc.).

The course class schedule at the Ewa Feix Akademie includes the secrets to baking perfect macarons or cupcakes or creating perfect mini cakes and assorted chocolates. These classes can be directly booked on our website. 

For bigger groups of baking enthusiasts we are working together with a culinary school called the Genussakademie in Frankfurt since 2013. We offer the baking classes Perfekte Törtchen and Cupcakes which usually host 14-18 participants in the Genussakademie baking studio in Frankfurt. The classes from Genussakademie can be booked on their booking page. These classes are more compact and cover a lot of the foundational baking and decorating techniques. These quick paced classes are designed for 18 people and are perfect for those who want their first taste of baking fluffy cupcakes and those who want to dip their toes into the world of gum paste roses and fondant.
