Vor zwei Wochen habe ich mit meiner Mutter an Ewas Pralinenkurs teilgenommen. Wir haben in den wenigen Stunden verschiedene Pralinen hergestellt und allerhand über die einzelnen Techniken erfahren. Am Ende haben wir eine ganze Menge mit nach Hause genommen und ich kann nur sagen: absolut lecker!
Ich habe selten so leckere Pralinen gegessen. Und jetzt kann ich diese besonderen Leckerbissen sogar selbst herstellen.
Der Kurs hat sich absolut gelohnt, ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein toller Kurs bei Ewa. Sie hat uns in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre in die Geheimnisse des Macarons- Herstellens eingeweiht. Es hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht.
