Under the tuition of Ewa Feix, you will learn:
– traditional AND new techniques in the world of chocolate
– the importance and mechanics of tempering chocolate
– how to make a delicious strawberry caramel filling
– how to make ganache
– effective chocolate-decorating techniques using tools such transfer paper, wire racks and silicone molds
The participants will even create mini chocolate cupcakes.
Each participant gets a box of assorted chocolates and truffles to take home to share with friends and family.
Cold and warms drinks are included. As well as small finger food like pizza and fruits. Also included in the workshop fee are all materials, ingredients and tools.
One week before the course, all participants will receive an email with driving directions and more information about getting to the course.
All courses take place in the German language. Addition clarifications can be made for English speakers.
