Under the tuition of Ewa Feix the participants will learn how to make macarons using the French meringue method.
The participants will prepare the macaron recipe from scratch as well as a raspberry and buttercream macaron filling. In this course, the participants will practice piping the macaron shells and how to make colorful shells.
As a bonus, there is also a small introduction to working with fondant, where the participants make fondant decorations to accent their macarons.
Each participant gets a box full of freshly made macarons to take home to friends and family.
Cold and warms drinks are included. As well as small finger food like pizza and fruits. Also included in the workshop fee are all materials, ingredients and tools.
One week before the course, all participants will receive an email with driving directions and more information about getting to the course.
All courses take place in the German language. Addition clarifications can be made for English speakers.
